Scott Allen

Partner

Scott is a partner with the firm and has over 25 years of experience working through complex financial issues with clients and stakeholders. He has worked on over 100 business transactions dealing with some of the most challenging aspects of mergers and acquisitions. As an advisor to private equity firms, Scott spent most of his professional career assessing sophisticated deal aspects including executive compensation, restructuring matters, and valuation of contingent obligations. Scott also has experience providing operational guidance to boards regarding the development of corporate policies and establishing governance related best practices.

Prior to joining Infinity, Scott was a managing partner and Chief Operating Officer of Brightlink, a technology company based in Atlanta, Georgia. He was responsible for corporate development and lead the company through 4 recapitalizations and to a successful sale of the business in 2021. In addition to corporate development, Scott was responsible for commercial operations that comprised numerous key facets of the organization including its customer portfolio, core network platform and administration. Scott oversaw a range of functions from implementation and product delivery to customer service, supply chain, human resources, and legal & regulatory affairs. Prior to his appointment as the COO in 2016, Scott was the CFO of the company overseeing finance, accounting and treasury functions.

Prior to Brightlink, Scott was a consulting actuary with a global risk management firm for 17 years specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

Scott has a BS in Statistics from the University of Rochester, NY.
